Strive!!!
Beloved,
We are ending another month in this historic year of 2021 and quickly advancing toward to an unknown end. You might wonder why I would reference the end of the year when we are still at the end of the fifth month. It is because time only moves in one direction, forward. We can remember the past but we can only revisit the past in our memories. We can look to the future but we can only visit the future in our hopes, dreams, desires and visions. We have to live i

Hope In Christ
Beloved, By now, most, if not all of you have heard of the guilty verdict returned by the jury in the Derek Chauvin murder trial, the trial deemed necessary because of the globally watched lynching of George Floyd. For many, it is a time of cathartic release and victory. For others, it is a sad reminder of the darkness of sin that continues to exist in this world as revealed in the shooting death of a 15 year old girl, by a police officer in Columbus, Ohio, captures headlin

Keep Walking!!!
Beloved, I hope and pray that you receive this Wednesday Word with all of the love and encouragement that I intend in sending it to you. I am still so thankful for your recognition of our four years together, Pastor with congregation. Our relationship is one ordered by God and one that I try to faithfully lead us in through the power of the Holy Spirit. Happy Anniversary!!!
Beloved, I am so thankful and humbled on this day, the day that we began this remarkable journey together, Pastor and congregation. And, as God has revealed over these last four years, I truly believe that we have been blessed. I have proclaimed the word of God to you in faithful and sometimes fallible preaching and teaching.

What You Do Matters To God
Beloved, I am excited. I am really excited. I am excited because tomorrow is our anniversary. You see, on April 8, 2017, I was installed as the sixth Pastor of this great and growing church, Zion Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. We united in a relationship of spiritual journey and seasonal fellowship for my time as the undershepherd, knowing that Christ is the shepherd and head of every Christian church. But, I will have more to share on that tomorrow, our anniversary

He Is Risen And You Are Forgiven!!! Happy Resurrection Sunday!
Beloved, I am typing out this message to you as I am watching the sun rise in the sky on this Resurrection Sunday, this Easter Sunday. Deep darkness is grudgingly yielding to a faint light that is growing brighter moment by moment. The sun is rising.
