Hope all is well and you are preparing for a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Please mark your calendar for Saturday December 14 from 12:00-12:30 for our Youth Ministry Christmas Party. We plan to have this event in the smaller church parking lot.

We are asking each family to prepare an individual baked good for 15 children to distribute. Your goodies can be a special family holiday treat or another idea. PLEASE NO FOODS WITH NUTS DUE TO ALLERGIES.

These treats should be individually wrapped.

We are asking everyone to wear your ugly Christmas Sweater, if have one, and we will follow the same safety protocols implemented at the trunk or treat.

• We will plan for 30 minutes to get the children safely in and out.

• We will practice social distance and face masks are required by all.

• Please plan to provide a bowl or box to distribute your goodies; to be placed with 6 foot of distance for each child to pick up themselves.

• To keep crowds down, we are only offering this event to the children of ZMMBC

We will also distribute goody bags provided by the Youth Ministry with items for each youth.

For your convenience, we are having this event at the same time as the Church Anniversary Christmas Drive by Meal. You can pickup your meal(s) after the Christmas Party, if you have RSVP’d.

Thank you to those who were able to attend the meeting on this past Sunday, November 21, and the drive-in movie on Saturday. Special thanks to April and Kim Spears who setup the technology for this event.
