Rest

Church family,
We were blessed with a full week of activity this past week and I pray you felt the presence of God through it all.
It has been impressed upon me that after such fervent commitment from so many of you, we need a little time to catch our breath as a church.
We need to rest.
So, we will not have the executive committee meeting this evening or Bible Study on Wednesday. We will take this week off for those specific areas related to me calling for your partial or complete presence.
We will rest from those activities this week and pick back up next week, prayerfully more renewed, invigorated and excited about what God is doing at Zion Memorial, a growing church.
Do understand that I am not making a statement regarding the other ministries or auxiliaries. Heads of those areas should make decisions impacting their respective areas of leadership and interaction; but, I am giving you rest from those areas directly related to me.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns.
Nothing is wrong. There is much that is very right.
I love you and am praying for God's best for all of you.
Be blessed,
Rev. Cain
